Need Help With Your Order?

Simply browse for products using the store categories located on the top menu bar.

Add items to your ‘Shopping Basket’ after selecting any information, including quantity, size & colour required.

You can either proceed to check out at this point or  continue shopping.

At any time whilst browsing you would like to view your shopping cart, select the Basket information displayed to the top right-hand side of the screen.

When your shopping basket is complete with the purchases you wish to make, you can proceed to check out by selecting either ’Check Out Now’ displayed to the top right hand corner of the screen, or when viewing your basket contents select ‘Next Stage’.   This will take you on to the ‘SECURE’ order page.

You must complete ALL the fields shown on the Checkout page to ensure your order will be accepted.   Once your details have been entered and accepted, they will be stored for all future orders.

Once all fields have been completed and are correct please select ‘Finish’.   This will complete your order and take you directly back to the Home Page.

Once your order has been downloaded in to our system you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your order.   Please ensure you check all details thoroughly and contact our customer service department on 01483204455 or email customer.services@j-e-m.com as soon as possible if there are any errors.
